Wandering and encountering
I walk. Walking is a movement in perpetual search of a new equilibrium. Likewise my artwork is a sketch in a constant state of becoming, as fragile and precarious as the man who walks. I move, I change. I seek to write my existence by drawing, the lines on pages linking my mind to my eye to my hand as if united by Ariane’s thread.

Following my Wanderings’ project, I’ve proposed to an Elementary class from WAB (Western Academy of Beijing) with their Art teacher Tana Eupene, to make shoes they dream to walk with. Comfortable, soft, stuffed, decorated, beautiful, surprising, joyous, it was up to each child.
